GOVERNANCE AND STRUCTURE

Upon completion of all necessary steps, the land and buildings in the development area will be owned and operated by Chara Foundation, a federally incorporated foundation which will be applying for charitable status.

Chara Foundation will be subject to the legislation for registered charities and to all requirements of Canada Revenue Agency.

The organization is faith-based and will be governed by a Board of Directors with varied backgrounds in business, care and Christian ministry.

Chara Foundation has and will continue to rely on the skills and expertise of a strong professional team which will include engineers, accountants, lawyers, architects, designers and other professional advisors.
